#2 Fuel Oil

This type of product is commonly referred to as home fuel oil or home heating oil. It is typically used in furnaces, boilers and hot water heaters to provide heat and hot water for homes & commercial buildings. A Red Dye is added to this product to distinguish it from On Road Clear Diesel Products. This product will congeal in outside above ground oil tanks in cold weather.

Propane

Propane belongs to a class of materials known as liquefied petroleum gases (LPG or just LP).  Propane has a multitude of uses: Heating, hot water, restaurants, BBQ’s, generators and fork lifts.

Dyed Kerosene

Kerosene is typically used for heat and hot water.  It is used in outside above ground oil tanks and generally will not congeal in cold weather. This product is also used in Monitor & portable Kerosene heaters. A Red Dye is added to this product to distinguish it from On Road Clear Diesel.

Winter Blend

Winter Blend is approximately a 50/50 mixture of #2 Fuel Oil & Kerosene. It is used in outside above ground oil tanks to assist in the prevention of congealing of the product.  In extreme cold weather it may congeal. This product provides our customers with a more affordable product. A Red Dye is added to this product to distinguish it from On Road Clear Diesel.

Commercial Fuel Products

Clear Kerosene

This product is free of any Dyes and is primarily used to cut On Road Clear Diesel in the wintertime to prevent it from congealing in either the vehicle diesel engine or the vehicle diesel tank. This product is also use in Monitor and portable Kerosene heaters.

Low Sulfur Clear Diesel

This product is free of any dyes.  The Sulfur content is 15 PPM (parts per million). Its main use is for over the road vehicles.  This product may not be cut with any Dyed Petroleum Product to assist in the prevention of congealing.

Dyed Diesel

This product is dyed red.  The Sulfur content is 15 PPM (parts per million). Its primary use is for off road vehicles that are used in construction and are not licensed to travel over the road.
