How does Bottini Fuel Compare?
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) produces a weekly report of average fuel prices. You can see the full report or previous reports here. The following is an exceprt from the weekly summary for August 16, 2010.
Retail Petroleum Prices – On a statewide basis since the last survey on July 26th, prices increased 0.1¢/gallon (0.0%) to 285.2¢/gallon for heating oil, 1.5¢/gallon (0.5%) to 314.7¢/gallon for kerosene, and decreased 2.7¢/gallon (1.0%) to 257.2¢/gallon for propane. Compared to a year earlier, prices increased 26.9¢/gallon (10.4%) for heating oil, 22.2¢/gallon (7.6%) for kerosene, and 18.5¢/gallon (7.8%) for propane.
