Members of our service team are often called heroes by our customers after we come through with fast emergency service. Here are a few stories about how our team became Bottini heroes this winter.
“When I called Bottini before office hours, the on-call operator took my info, and within minutes of the office opening, I received a call from Audrey who said the repair service worker was just pulling into the driveway and they would send him immediately—and they did.
The young man took his time to find the problem; called his supervisor when at first he was unable to locate it. He found the issue was a “fried” switch; drove to Poughkeepsie to get the part and fixed the burner. He was wonderful and so was office staff, who got him here so quickly.
Bottini Heroes: Customer service rep Audrey Howe and Service technician Kyle Feth.
“We were without power for about six hours today. When the electricity finally came back on, our furnace did not want to start. I called Bottini and from the operator who picked up to the technician who came out, you cannot find nicer people.
At 2a.m., they were all happy to help and get our home warm again. Genuinely great people. This is why we will always be loyal customers. We truly appreciate the great customer service, the knowledgeable staff who all go out of their way, and the promptness and the dedication to providing wonderful experiences through difficult times.
