Our goal is to reward your confidence in us by improving every single day, in every aspect of our business. Our customers regularly rate us 9.3/10 in surveys. We want to be 10/10.
Our employees lead that charge, and they really showed their stuff again when temperatures dropped to a real feel of -10 º in January. Once again, our team worked nonstop for days to make sure that we kept pace with extraordinary demand. They are true heroes. (See next article).
We’ve added more trucks, improved our phone system, overhauled our payment portal and otherwise invested in the things that make it easier for customers to stay comfortable.
We’ve started publishing the state average price for oil and propane on our website, so you can see for yourself that we are honoring our Guaranteed Fair Price commitment. We will always deliver below the average price.
We have always contributed to support our communities. This year, we are doubling that amount, most notably doubling the budget for Warming the Homefront, our program to get free fuel to Vets and deployed soldiers. And that’s just one of many ways we give back.
