“Your customer service is amazing, and the staff is very helpful.”
That’s what Bottini Fuel customer Denise H. told us after we responded to an after-hours emergency at her home on October 11.
“Our boiler was pouring out hot boiling water all over the floor from a copper pipe. It was spraying hot water everywhere inside!”
After Denise reported the problem at 10:20 p.m., we had a technician out to her home by 11:45 p.m. to fix the problem.
“I felt awful that your customer service had to get the technician out of bed to come here. But I am more than grateful that he came here,” said Denise, who also appreciated the value of our Platinum Plan, which covered the cost of the emergency repair.
“Thank you Bottini for your great customer service and for the late hours your techs are called out to handle a serous emergency like ours,” she said.
